Quick help
How do I unlock the full game?
Baseball at Cards is free to download and includes a free Sample Game (one fixed boss fight with a preset roster) that you can play anytime.
The full game — unlimited Survival Runs, where you defeat every boss, recruit new players, and build your roster — is unlocked with a single one-time in-app purchase. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Once you buy it, it's yours.
To unlock: open the app, tap Play Survival Run, and follow the prompt to purchase.
I purchased the game but it's still locked. What do I do?
This usually means the purchase needs to be restored — for example after reinstalling the app, switching to a new device, or a temporary network issue.
- Open the app.
- On the main menu, tap Restore Purchase.
- Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy the game.
Your purchase will be restored at no extra charge. If it still doesn't unlock, email me at arnautresserras@gmail.com and include the date of purchase if you have it.
I got a new device / reinstalled the app. Do I have to pay again?
No. The full-game unlock is tied to your Apple ID. Install the app, tap Restore Purchase on the main menu, and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you originally purchased with.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by me. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Baseball at Cards in your purchase history, and follow the steps. If you'd like, you can also email me and I'm happy to help where I can.
